Thanks to all who turned up on the day, and we hope you enjoyed the occasion.  The weather was fantastic, and there was a huge amount of positive feedback received on the day.  We also had the benefit of an official UKA Race Referee who kept an eye on proceedings to ensure the organisation was up to their standards.  It was noted that it took only 90 seconds for all 900 odd runners to cross the start line, which was a huge improvement over last year.  The new measures taken to improve the Start appear to have paid off, and we will be adopting this as the standard in future.
